<image:title>Blog - Three Lessons I’m Taking Into 2026: Reflections From 2025 - This year, I faced a sudden and unexpected change in my career. At first, it was daunting—one of those moments where the future feels uncertain. But, as the old saying goes, when one door closes, another opens. That’s when I took the leap and started my own online clinical therapy practice.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - Three Lessons I’m Taking Into 2026: Reflections From 2025 - Change is never easy. Stepping outside my comfort zone brought its share of discomfort and fear. I used to think I needed everything to be perfect before taking action, but waiting for the elusive “right moment” only kept me stuck. So, I committed to showing up, even if imperfectly, and just doing something—anything—to keep moving forward. Even when things didn’t go as planned, I found value in the lessons learned. Progress doesn’t require perfection; it simply needs consistent action and momentum. That’s how real growth happens .</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - Three Lessons I’m Taking Into 2026: Reflections From 2025 - As I welcome 2026, I carry these lessons with me: embrace growth in the face of change, value progress over perfection, and live in alignment with what matters most. Here’s to another year of learning, evolving, and staying true to ourselves.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - The Life Waiting to Be Lived… - The Trap of “Should”</image:title>
<image:caption>External expectations: Family, culture, and social media all whisper (or shout) what we ought to do. Graduate, marry, buy a house, climb the ladder. Internalized pressure: We absorb these voices until they become our own, convincing ourselves that deviation is failure. Result: We end up designing a life that looks polished, seems to feel acceptable to our families, but also feels hollow, a checklist of accomplishments rather than a canvas of possibilities.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. The Cost of Missing “Could” We all have responsibilities. It can be scary or feel irresponsible to think of our lives outside of what we have been conditioned to believe is acceptable - and so we conform. There is value in conforming, especially when we have families, for example providing safety, stability, security etc. However, when we’re consumed by “should”, we limit ourselves. We overlook the subtle sparks of curiosity and joy that point toward our authentic path. The hobby we dismiss as impractical The building of relationships we don’t pursue because it doesn’t fit the timeline The dreams we silence because it feels too risky These are the seeds of the life we could live—one rooted in freedom, creativity, and alignment with who we truly are.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - The Life Waiting to Be Lived… - The Invitation is Simple</image:title>
<image:caption>Try to pause long enough to ask: What makes me feel alive? What am I curious about? What have I silenced in the name of being responsible? How can I stop building walls and blocking the possibilities? The life waiting for you isn’t reckless—it’s real. It’s rooted in freedom, authenticity, and the courage to imagine more. You don’t have to tear everything down. You just have to find the window—and be brave enough to look through it. Learn more about how to find the life you want.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Blog - Holiday Health Matters</image:title>
<image:caption>Holidays can feel hard when you are spending them by yourself. As an immigrant, I’ve spent holidays by myself, and I’ve learned a few ways to make the season gentler and more meaningful. Plan – Get creative! Organize a small gathering (in-person or virtual) with others who may be on their own too. Or take yourself on a long hike, try a new hobby, or simply commit to doing something that brings you joy. Permit – Give yourself space to grieve or reflect. Setting aside time for your emotions honors them without letting them take over your whole day. ‍♀️ Pamper – Treat yourself! Whether it’s indulging in your favorite candy, soaking in a candle-lit bubble bath, or curling up with a good book and a glass of wine, let yourself enjoy the little luxuries. Bottom line: Holidays don’t have to follow tradition. They can be whatever you choose—and when you define what you want, you Find the FREEDOM to be YOU! #holidays #holidayhealth #freedom #freedomtobeyou #freedomintegrativetherapy</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Meet Resilient: A Story of Healing Through Art</image:title>
<image:caption>Six weeks ago, I made a decision that changed everything: I chose to prioritize my mental health. In the midst of upheaval and loss, I found solace in a daily ritual—creating art. This wasn’t just a hobby or a distraction. It became my sanctuary. Each day, I looked forward to becoming lost in the creative process, connecting with my inner self, and calming the storm inside. The centerpiece of this journey was a mosaic made from shattered plates. As each plate broke, the scattered shards echoed the very essence of my distress. But as I pieced together the mosaic, I remembered something: I’m a strategist. That’s not just a personality assessment—it’s how I move through life. I know how to see the bigger picture. I know how to take broken pieces, connect them, bring order to chaos, and deliver something meaningful. And that’s exactly what I did with those shards. Reader, meet Resilient - that’s not just the name of the art piece—it’s who I am. My resilience means that my journey doesn’t end with broken, chaotic, disorganized pieces. My journey is about how I put those pieces together. It’s about how I reorganize and rebuild, creating a new picture—a better vision than what was there before.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Blog - Toxic Relationships</image:title>
<image:caption>Not all relationships are meant to last—and some, frankly, shouldn’t. Toxic relationships can quietly erode our sense of self, leaving us feeling drained, anxious, or even questioning our worth. They’re not always loud or dramatic; sometimes, toxicity hides behind subtle manipulation, chronic criticism, or emotional neglect. Signs of a Toxic Relationship Constant criticism or belittling disguised as “jokes” Lack of boundaries, where your needs are dismissed or minimized</image:caption>
